Ingredients:
- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 soft very ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 lg eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 TB butter, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped coarsely
