Ingredients:
2 or 3 portions
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup water or milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
Recipe:
- Beat well with a spoon until batter shows air bubbles
- Rinse potato ricer or spaetzle maker with cold water.
- Press mixture through ricer directly into a large pot of boiling salted water.
- Stir and cook until the noodles rise to the top.
- Drain and serve.
