Blender Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

In blender put:

  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 TB very strong coffee
  • 2 TB rum or vanilla
  • 3/4 cup very hot milk

Recipe:

  1. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes
  2. Pour into 4 dessert cups and chill 6 hours or overnight

Note:

For some reason the processor doesn’t do as good a job as a blender
