Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c chicken stock
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 TB semolina
- 5 TB fine grain polenta
- 1/4 cup grated fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
Recipe:
- Bring liquids to a boil in a heavy saucepan
- Add nutmeg and salt.
- Whisk in grains and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes until grains are soft.
- Fold in cheeses.
