Ingredients:
3-8 hours before serving mix together
- 1 heaping TB Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 TB wine vinegar
- 8 TB olive or peanut oil
- 1 tsp tarragon
