Tangerine Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water over medium heat until sugar is dissolved
  • Cool completely
  • Add 3 cups fresh tangerine juice ( about 10 )
  • 2 TB fresh lemon juice

Recipe:

  1. Blend and refrigerate at least one hour in metal pan
  2. Freeze in Donvier until frozen
  3. Store in airtight container in freezer for less than a week
